Refunds and Returns Subject to the terms and conditions set forth, you have the option to request the return of products purchased on our website, subject to validation and approval by us. Our return and replacement policy includes the provision of a new replacement unit for all purchases made on our website.

And “Products” refers to purchases made on our site.

Return and Replacement Requirements and Procedures

The customer may request the return of products in situations such as defects, discrepancies with what is specified on the site, or for other previously approved reasons. To do so, you must contact PRIFE INTERNATIONAL SDN BHD to initiate the return process. Returned products are required to be in their original condition, unused, with the original packaging, and enclosing proof of purchase.

The process for return and replacement involves contacting us via courier or email to communicate the reason for return, provide proof of purchase and relevant documentation. We will review your request within 7 working days and inform you of the results, arranging return and replacement as appropriate.

Shipping and Refund

In case of errors on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs. In situations for which we are not at fault, the customer will bear the associated costs. We recommend using an insured postal service to ensure safe delivery of returned products. Please note that refunds are not accepted, and all sales are final as per our policy.

Restrictions and Fraud

For requests for changes or cancellations, you must communicate the day after the online payment has been processed, unless there is liability on our part. We reserve the right to refuse return requests in cases of suspected fraud. Any attempt to defraud returns will be reported to the competent authority without exception.
